Cancellation and Returns

1) If the customer cancels 2 hours’ prior the pick-up time, full refund will be provided within 10- 15 business days of the total trip cost will be deducted.


2) If the customer cancels within 2 hours prior or at the time of pick up time, booking advance amount stated at the time of booking will be deducted and refund will be made for the remaining amount if balance.


3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.


4) Cancel of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.



Refunds

In case you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy given above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 10-15 working/business days. In case of any issues, write to us at support@gocabish.com or call us at the contacts mentioned in Contact Us section of the website.


Special instructions

Driver & car details: These details will be sent to the customer by Cab Ish Global Pvt. Ltd. approximately before half an hour from the pickup time by SMS and email, if information in SMS differs from mail, the information given in mail prevails. In some cases, the driver or an associate of Cab Ish Global Pvt. Ltd. may also call in advance to reconfirm with the customer.


Non receipt of driver and car details: In such cases the customer needs to contact the support team and mention the booking reference number. Demand of money by the driver: The voucher provided to the customer clearly indicates the items including on his booking. Any amount over and above this both in terms for distance and duration and other items such as night charges, driver allowance, toll, taxes, state taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable parking charges etc which are not included in the booking amount have to be paid directly to the driver as mentioned below. In case of any dispute with the driver the customer should reach the support team of Cab Ish Global Pvt. Ltd. or call at our 24 X 7 customer support at the contacts mentioned in contact us section of the website and mention the booking reference number.


Payment of extra charges: Any extra charges applicable have to be paid to the directly in cash to the driver. Refusal by the driver to deliver services: The customer to contact the support team of gocabish.com and mention the booking reference number. We request you to go through below before you proceed to book



Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy does not apply if cancelled before 2 hrs. of selected pickup time.


If cancelled within/after 2 hrs. or at the selected journey time, booking charges will be deducted from the refund amount as cancellation charges


In case of unavailability of the personnel who owns the booking or his/her representative at pickup location, booking charges will be deducted and booking will be considered as cancelled gocabish will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation because of any natural calamity, riot/strike, traffic jam, etc.


We, gocabish reserve the right to change or cancel the booking/vehicle/driver at any point of time.
